Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Kelompok Wanita Tani Rejomakmur di Kabupaten Wonogiri

Abstract

The "Rejo Makmur" Women Farmer Group is a business group of food processing. This group consisted of 15 members which were divided into two units catfish sticks processing dragon fruit sticks processing. The production process used simple equipment, the mixing process used a hand mixer with a capacity of only 0.5 kg. The dough forming tool used was rotated manually causing long duration of the dough formation process to make sticks. The products had less attractive packaging and business financial bookkeeping had not been carried out. Based on these problems, the team attempted to solve the problems through the introduction of a 5 liter capacity mixer, dough forming equipment, packaging improvement, and financial bookkeeping training..
