Abstract


The purpose of this Community Service program is to increase the quantity and quality of processed fish products in the form of abon, fish crespi and fish sticks, increasing partners' ability in calculating cost of goods sold, and increasing sales. The specific target of this program is to facilitate production activities through the addition of production equipment such as a stick roller, frying tools, and management improvements through business financial reporting administration, and the creation of web-based marketing system.  The method used are practical activities using new production equipment, practice of calculating the cost of production by using Microsoft Excel software, the practice of editing web-based marketing system, as well as assistance in the form of monitoring and evaluation. The activity begins with preparation with partners, followed by activities preparing materials, trainers, materials and equipment that will be used in the implementation of community service programs. After the completion of the activity, proceed with monitoring and evaluation of the results of activities to ensure the success of the program. The outputs of this program are scientific articles, production cost calculation documents, web marketing, increasing quantity and product quality, and increasing sales turnover.
